GETTING STARTED - Account Creation and Login Guide
Step 1 – Create a New Account

Open the registration page: https://gps.zone/registration/create

Enter your email address. (Note: You must be a Spyman Security ApS customer to access all features.)

Click “Register”.

Wait a few minutes, then check your email for your login details.
Step 2 – Access the Platform

Go to https://gps.zone/.

If you are using the mobile application from Google Play Store or Apple App Store, select the tracking server from the dropdown menu.
Step 3 – Configure the Tracking Server

In the Custom Server URL field, enter:

- Sign in after selecting the custom server.
WORKSPACE OVERVIEW
Main Page Overview
After logging in, you will be redirected to the GPS.ZONE Platform Main Page.
Here, you can:

Access the most common tracking features and settings
-
Monitor object positions on the map
-
View detailed information such as speed, address, coordinates, history, and more
Main Menu
The Menu allows quick access to frequently used tools and settings.

Language Selection – Change your interface language by clicking the flag icon in the top-right corner.

Objects Tab – View and manage all devices.

Events Tab – View the history of events and alerts (e.g., overspeeding, geofence alerts, low battery).

History Tab – See detailed GPS history, graphs, and data logs for each device.

Search – Find devices by name or IMEI.
-
Add Device – Register a new GPS device.
-
Groups – See group names and the number of devices in each group.
-
Groups Expander – Expand or collapse device groups.
-
Visibility Checkbox – Show or hide devices on the map.
-
Object Information – Displays the device name, last location time/date, and online/idle/offline status.

Speed – Shows the current device speed.
-
Edit Object – Change the device icon, assign to a group, add/manage sensors, enable following, set accuracy preferences, and more.
Object Details Panel
Appears when you select a device. Two display modes are available:

Show Less – Displays basic details: address, stop duration, and sensors.

Show More – Displays additional information: services, protocol, and other technical details.
Map Controls

Full-Screen Mode – Hides all tools and shows only devices on the map.

Change Map – Switch between street view, satellite view, and more.

Zoom – Zoom in or out on the map.

Objects Checkbox – Show or hide devices on the map.

Geofences Checkbox – Show or hide geofences.
-
Routes Checkbox – Show or hide travel routes.
-
POI Checkbox – Show or hide Points of Interest.
-
Show Names – Display or hide device names above icons on the map.
-
Show Tails – Display or hide movement trails behind devices.
